Short block: 4.030" X 3.500" = 358" Trickflow crank and rods with JE dish pistons for 8.8:1 847 HP and 726 ft lbs torque with the unported heads, a smaller cam, and a 4 hole throttle body, the engine only made 500 HP. That's a 347 HP gain from those changes!
Heads: Dart Pro-1 215's fully ported by CFM flow 305/215
Induction: Holley EFI intake with Commander 950 ECU with Accufab 75mm throttle body, 65lb injectors
Exhuast: 1 3/4" Thorley headers with 2.5" Flowmasters
Power adder: ATI Procharger D-1 with 19 lbs of boost
Cam: Comp custom grind solid roller with Crower lifters
Trans: TH 350 with JW Ultrabell, ATI HD intermediate drum/ sprag, ATI reverse manual valvebody and Red Alto clutches /Kolene steels. Ziggy's PerformanceTransmissions in Pemberton, NJ took care of assembling the trans and associated parts. ATI custom built the 4000 stall 8" MRT converter.
Rear: 12 bolt, 3.73 gear, Moser internals
Chassis: 10 point cage, frame tied
Suspension: Front - Moroso springs 90/10 shocks, Rear - leafs with Cal-Trac bars and 50/50 shocks
Wheels and tires: Weld Drag lights with 26/10" and 26/4.5" Mickey Thompson slicks
Class of choice: Test and tune night
